Shipping

We are based in Poland and ship worldwide. Average delivery times are following, but please note, that sometimes it takes a bit longer (Christmas season for instance). We send orders within 24 to 48 hours after the purchase but usually it takes a few hours. 

 EU - 3-7 days (DPD or Global Express)

USA - 3-5 days (UPS Express), ~14 days (Budget Shipping)

Switzerland, New Zealand, Norway, Canada, Japan, Australia - 3-5 days (UPS Express)

Indonesia - up to a month and without tracking (Regular Post)

Other countries - up to about 2 weeks (Global Express)

Russian Federation - 5 days. Please also be aware of the following limitations:

• it is only possible to deliver to a company address (for example your work place address)
• it is possible to send a parcel up to a value of EUR 200
• the shipment cannot contain more than 5 items of one type of goods
• a package cannot contain more than 4 types of goods, 5 items each
• the maximum weight of a parcel in some areas cannot exceed 31 kg
• the value of goods for clearance is calculated according to the formula> value of goods from the invoice + USD 3 * shipment weight = no more than 200 EUR
• only the recipient can pay customs and tax duties and prepare customs documents

• Switzerland (duty fees collected in destination country, Fedex Fee 24CHF + 7.7% Swiss VAT)
• Norway - VAT is collected on the border, the Norwegian Post company charges a fee of 149 NOK (12.87 euros) on orders with value 350-3000 NOK, 299 NOK on orders with value above 3000 NOK.
