# Trixbrix

## What we keep and why

- **Your order**: name, address, email and phone, to ship it and invoice it. They go to those who handle it: our order system (Baselinker), the payment operator you choose and the courier.
- **Your account**: your email, whatever you save in it (addresses, nickname, photo), and the IP address and browser of every device you are logged in on, which you see and can log out in your account.
- **Sign in with Google**: Google gives us your email address and your Google account ID, used only to sign you in.
- **How the shop is used**: a random ID in a cookie ties together the pages you visit, your cart and your checkout, and once you sign in or order, your email and order, so we can see where a visit or a payment got stuck. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure visits and record how pages are used (Clarity replays sessions); they get an anonymous ID and the value of purchases. You can block these cookies in your browser.
- **Emails and files**: the emails we send go through Google, and photos you upload are stored on Google Cloud.
- **Newsletter**: only if you sign up, through Sender.

## How long

- Orders: as long as accounting law requires (5 years).
- Your account: until you ask us to delete it. An account made by asking for a sign-in link that was never used, holding nothing, is deleted after a week.
- Visit records: pages you looked at for 6 months, the rest up to 2 years. The cookie stays until you clear it.

## Your rights

Write to [brix@trix.pl](mailto:brix@trix.pl) and we will show you your data, correct it or delete it, or stop using it. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
