Ballast Plate for Double Pass-Through Crossover R56

### Double Pass-Through Crossover R56

Switch between outer tracks – smooth, wide and fast.

The **Double Pass-Through Crossover R56** is designed for **3-track mainline layouts** with a standard **8-stud offset** between tracks. It allows trains to move directly from **track 1 to track 3**, or from **track 3 to track 1** – skipping the center track.

- Allows **outer-to-outer crossover only** (track 1 ↔ track 3).
- Does **not connect to the center track** – it stays isolated.
- Built for standard 8-stud spacing between parallel tracks.
- Requires **R56 switches (sold separately)** to function as a complete crossover.
- R56 geometry allows higher speeds and compatibility with larger, custom trains.
- **Visually striking geometry** – looks awesome in any advanced layout.
- Ideal for fast transitions across outer lines in larger setups.
- **Dedicated ballast plate:** [Ballast Plate for Double Pass-Through Crossover R56](https://trixbrix.eu/en_US/p/Ballast-Plate-for-Double-Pass-Through-Crossover-R56/798)
